The state of Victoria in Australia has recently entered stage 4 restrictions to combat COVID-19, resulting in many businesses temporarily ceasing operations until mid-September.
We are continuing to largely operate as normal, however, for some of our product lines, we are carrying limited stock that cannot be replenished until the lockdown eases.
We have also had to temporarily increase international shipping costs on smaller enveloped items such as nuts, bolts and screws as there have been price increases due to the limited amount of flights and services. Paying a little more means that you should still receive your items in a timely fashion.
Our Industrial Steel Adaptable Box Canopy was originally designed for use with our Linear Wood Beam LED Pendant Light No.3. The slimline low voltage light fitting has no onboard facility to house an LED driver or other electronics, so we set about the task of designing a box that would store all of the components we required. It also had to complement the industrial look and feel of the rest of our work. Most adaptable boxes or surface mounted junction boxes are generally made of tasteless white plastic or galvabond steel and have little to zero design aesthetic. They aren’t designed to look good, they’re built for functionality.
