Our black oxide clevis hook with heavy-duty industrial anchor chain is the perfect solution if you're looking for something a little more industrial and robust than your regular hardware store chain and hooks.

The closed link welded steel chain and cast clevis hook have been treated with black oxide and sealed with oil to give an authentic vintage industrial look. Normally used in the transportation and restraint of heavy loads, this chain-hook assembly is often referred to as a drag chain.

It's the perfect addition to your industrial interior project and would be ideal for various applications including hanging planters, light pendants, signage suspension or in any application where you need your hardware to be a feature as well as functional.

The black oxide finish provides a level of corrosion protection so as to not rust in protected environments. It's not suitable for permanent outdoor use as it would gradually rust over time unless it was regularly treated with oil.

This chain is not suitable for lifting duties such as a block and tackle. We have tested with a 30kg static weight and encountered no problems.
