Industrial Steel Eye Nut Ceiling Plate M6 | Black Oxide
Our Industrial steel eye nut ceiling plate is small, strong and a great addition to your suspension project. It can be used in any situation where a heavy-duty ceiling mount or industrial aesthetic is required.
The ceiling plate is constructed from hot-rolled mild steel plate and a 6mm eye nut which attaches to the plate via a high tensile screw. The backplate provides four anchoring points to allow installation onto timber, masonry, concrete etc.
They are suited to hanging a variety of items and can be combined with our other chain components to complete your project.
The black oxide finish provides a level of corrosion protection so as to not rust in protected environments. It is not suitable for permanent outdoor use as it would gradually rust over time unless it was regularly treated with oil.
Caveats:
Not suitable for heavy lifting such as block and tackle applications.

Screw Options:
We supply a range of decorative traditional style black oxide screws and bolts to complement our steelwork. Traditional bolts had square heads instead of hexagonal heads, whilst the screws had slotted heads instead of the modern Phillips' head.
If you are mounting into a stud or using a suitable wall plug, we suggest our #12 round head screw for this product. The length will be dependent on your application
