The Mean Well PWM 40W is a 24v LED driver featuring the constant voltage mode with PWM style output, which can maintain the colour temperature and the brightness homogeneity when driving all kinds of LED strips.
The PWM series operates from 90~305VAC and offers models with a range of output voltages and power. Thanks to the high efficiency of up to 90%, and with the fan-less design, the entire series can operate for -40ºC ~ +85ºC case temperature under free air convection. The entire series is rated with IP67 ingress protection level and is suitable to work for dry, damp or wet locations. The PWM series is equipped with a dimming function that varies the duty cycle of the output, providing great flexibility for LED strips applications.

Dimming
Three modes of dimming are available as standard via wiring. The driver will automatically detect the mode used.
1-10VDC Potentiometer/dimmer control. (SDF-30).
10V PWM signal – frequency range 100Hz ~ 3KHz.
Resistive – 100K Potentiometer. (Only suitable for dimming a single light fitting/driver).
