Our Industrial Round Steel M8 Eye Bolt Ceiling Plate is robust, compact, strong and a great addition to your suspension project. It can be used in any situation where a heavy-duty ceiling mount or industrial aesthetic is required.
The ceiling plate is constructed from 5mm hot-rolled mild steel plate, custom machined steel components and an 8mm eye bolt. The backplate provides four anchoring points to allow installation onto timber, masonry, concrete etc.
They are suited to hanging a variety of items and can be combined with our other chain components to complete your project.
The black oxide finish provides a level of corrosion protection so as to not rust in protected environments. It is not suitable for permanent outdoor use as it would gradually rust over time unless it was regularly treated with oil.
Not suitable for heavy lifting applications such as block and tackle.

Screw Options:
We supply a range of decorative traditional style black oxide screws and bolts to complement our steelwork. Traditional bolts had square heads instead of hexagonal heads, whilst the screws had slotted heads instead of the modern Phillips' head.
If you are mounting into a stud or using a suitable wall plug, we suggest our #12 round head screw for this product. The length will be dependent on your application:
