Our bronze plated solid brass cord grip ceiling rose is a European, precision-made, premium fitting.

Whether you refer to them as cord grips, cable support grips, strain reliefs, cable glands or cord connectors, by any name, these components are all designed to perform the same job.

Their purpose is to relieve stress on the cable and prevent it from being pulled out of its electrical terminals. They also make provision for a suspension point and enable cables to be passed through into an enclosure.

The classic traditional vintage-style bronze plating and aesthetic of this ceiling plate are the perfect complements to your lighting or suspension project.

Our 90mm / 3½” canopies are supplied with a custom mounting plate that is compatible with US-style 3½" junction boxes, making them suitable for use in both 120V and 240V countries.

When a junction box is not in use, the plate helps make your installation simple. With multiple anchoring points, the ability to get a precision horizontal fit and a dedicated earth/ground terminal means installing your ceiling or wall fitting has never been easier. The multiple fixing points also allow rotation of your fitting if you need it to face a specific direction.

This plate is also the perfect solution when fixing onto masonry, brickwork or uneven surfaces.

Two matching high tensile mounting screws are supplied but the plate has provision for four if more strength is required.
